Meet The Hosts

Nathan and Jeneale

We are Nathan and Jeneale, founders of Thaniel Arts, an online contemporary gallery celebrating the innovative and unconventional craftsmanship of emerging Caribbean, Latin American, Asian & African artists and artists of the diaspora.

We help clients use artwork to curate intentional, personal, and meaningful spaces without compromising on brand values and goals, so that they can strengthen brand loyalty by developing a deep emotional connection between the guests and the brand.

As creative professionals who function in various capacities within the art, events and hospitality industries, we firmly believe that art is a bold expression of individuality, igniting a deep sense of inspiration while nurturing human connection.

In our travels and experience with expanding hotel developments across the Caribbean, we’ve seen a growing trend of similarity and in some cases ‘sameness’ between different hotel brands, a lack of emotional appeal, repurposing of strategies and approaches that worked well for one-region but does not translate in the same manner in a region with a different culture and people.

So we are on a mission to help you the hotelier and hospitality entrepreneur create intentional art-focused spaces that are culturally relevant, nurture emotional connection and build brand recognition, in turn growing revenue with an established and ever-expanding loyal customer base.

How will it work

  • The summit runs from November 18th – 20th
  • A kick-off call will take place on November 17th
  • A live panel with speakers will be held on November 20th
  • Each speaker will submit a training session 15-20 minutes in length
  • Each presentation should be educational and not a sales pitch or a free “signature talk”.
  • Each presentation can include a short pitch for a free or paid offer at the end of their session.
  • The summit is free to attend. There will be 2 options for upgrades, one of them will include gifts donated by speakers.

We will create a dedicated post for each speaker promoting their session and encouraging participants to ask questions in the comments. This will make it as easy as possible for speakers to jump in!

We want to give you maximum value, so we are committed to promoting you and the other summit speakers, once you have been selected as a speaker.

3. Link to your freebie.

to include on your presentation page and in our marketing, to help you gain new subscribers. You are encouraged to mention your freebie at the end of your presentation. To be submitted by October 17th.

4. TWO emails to your entire list and ONE social share.

We need your help promoting the summit to your audience. We want this summit to be a great success for you, the rest of our speakers, our attendees and yes, for us too! We want to help as many hospitality entrepreneurs as possible, and as such we are making it a requirement of speakers to promote the summit to their audience. 

The requirement is: at least 1 solo email to your entire list, 1 resend email to unopened recipients and 1 social share or 1 social share + a mention in an email to your entire list.
